Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Do not store honey in the fridge.
Granulated Honey
All pure honey will granulate, infact this is the best proof of its quality. It can easily be restored to it's liquid state.
1) Loosen the lid and stand the jar in hot water. Heat gently until the honey becomes liquid.
Or
2) Remove the cap and place in a microwave at its lowest setting for a short time. The honey in the centre of the jar will continue to become liquid after the heating time has finished.
